The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy, home-like feel. The general areas were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible and had no stairs or steep inclines to navigate.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff during my stay. It would have been helpful to have someone readily available to provide information or answer any questions.

the hotel's exterior perfectly matched its interior, creating a charming and authentic Roman atmosphere. Our room had everything we needed, including a fridge and clean towels. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 33-degree heat, ensuring we always had a comfortable retreat to come back to. the location of the hotel was ideal, just a stone's throw away from Vatican City. If we ever decide to visit again, Gardenia Suite will be our top choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The location was on point, just a 10-minute walk from the center. The rooms were super clean and quiet, which is always a must for me. Plus, the owner was a total legend - she helped us arrange taxis like a boss. When we come back to Rome, you bet we'll be crashing at Gardenia Suite again!
One thing we would've loved even more is if there was a happening bar or lounge area in the hotel. As young party animals, it would've been awesome to have a spot to kick back and mingle with other cool travelers.

The room itself was well-presented and comfortable, providing a modern and enjoyable stay. Despite not having a formal 24 hour reception, the relaxed approach to the hotel management was refreshing and we felt at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process even though we arrived late in the evening. We also appreciated the vouchers for breakfast at the local cafes, offering a range of delightful cakes and drinks. The quietness of the rooms was surprising considering the proximity to other guests. we had a fuss-free and enjoyable stay at Gardenia Suite and would definitely recommend it to others.

Text: Loved the location - so convenient to Vatican City and other attractions. The free breakfast and airport shuttle were a nice touch. Only downside: the loud plumbing performance in the bathroom, what a delight! Title: Fantastic Stay. Text: The B&B was a great base for exploring the city. Loved the comfortable bed and helpful staff. Just a small annoyance: water flowing from the bathtub when I flushed the toilet. Adds a touch of excitement, I must say! Title: Amazing Experience. Text: The B&B was perfectly located, with easy access to the Vatican and metro station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only small complaint: the bathroom plumbing put on quite the show; I could have sold tickets!

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape. The room was clean and ready before check-in time. We were even given vouchers for coffee and pastries while we waited. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or reservations. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from key attractions. Plus, we loved the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the hotel.
That the shower floor was quite slippery. It would have been helpful to have something on the floor to prevent slipping.
